It was written sometime between Solomon and Jesus
It is prophesy(not fully even sure what that is)
It shows that Jesus is Jesus, announces of his birth and 300 something other details of his life.
--I've read some of the specific prophesy, but nothing around it to give it any meaning
It is poetry and I see it as complex, not really sure what the words really mean.
I am so excited to start this study. I got my materials yesterday and have already completed the first two lessons. As much as I am excited, I am still scared. I think I am going to read some of a Bible survey to help me know what all is going on when Isaiah is being written. (Thankfully I got one in the mail yesterday with my book order, for $6.00!)
